Welcome to Future Workplace Network meeting hosted by Microsoft! In this opening session, participants will be engaged in an interactive opening exercise related to the overall theme of Prepare for the Future of Work: Mastering Disruptions in Learning, Career Development, and Performance Management. Our opening session will leverage a suite of Microsoft technologies to engage, inspire, and challenge you to navigate a path toward the workplace and workforce of the future where understanding the future of work is a business issue, and not just an HR issue. We need to be prepared to answer questions such as: how do we attract and develop and talent we need, while adapting our strategies to a blended workforce of full time employees, gig workers, and bots, and securing the funding so the organization can navigate the disruptions happening in the workplace.
